Il Corso Professionale di Diploma prevede materie e programmi di studio innovativi con particolare riguardo allo sviluppo di una tecnica di strumento consapevole ed artisticamente matura.
A questo Corso che ha la durata di 4 anni (STEP) si può accedere solo tramite audizione e test d'ingresso, in caso di esito negativo l'allievo dovrà frequentare un anno di "Entry Level" un vero e proprio corso pre-diploma basato sull'alfabetizzazione musicale e sui rudimenti della tecnica nello strumento scelto.
Il Corso di Diploma Professionale della Roma Rock School aggiunge allo stesso monte ore teorico e tecnico di altre strutture professionali il doppio dei laboratori suonati, per curare non solo l'aspetto tecnico ma anche quello pratico, artistico e stilistico del musicista. La durata di ognuno di questi laboratori suonati è di 1 ora e 30.
Durante l'anno la Roma Rock School organizzerà insieme ai suoi insegnanti numerosi workshop stilistici che l'allievo dovrà frequentare (almeno 2 per anno) per poter ottenere alla fine dei 4 anni, insieme al Diploma di strumento la specializzazione nei seguenti stili Rock: Rock Blues, Hard Rock, Rock Progressive, New Wave, Metal, Pop Rock.
Nel caso in cui l'allievo ritenga di avere già le conoscenze tecnico-stilistiche proposte in uno di questi workshops, può effettuare un'audizione d'esame per essere esonerato dal frequentarli (Test Out), tale workshop sarà comunque considerato svolto e inserito nel curriculum di studi finale rilasciato insieme al Diploma.
L'impegno settimanale richiesto dal Corso di Diploma Professionale varia dalle 8/10 ore nello STEP 1 fino alle 14/16 ore negli ultimi anni di studio senza considerare i workshop stilistici aggiuntivi ed il Roma Rock School Choir, materia gratuita nel Corso Professionale.
PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME
The RRS Professional Programme offers the best course programmes in Italy, with a didactic approach that is in line more with the European Music Academies than with the Italian ones.
The Course duration is 4 years, divided into Steps, from 1 to 4. Candidates can enter the Course only by taking an admission test. If the candidates fail the admission test, they will be required to attend the introductory “Entry Level” year (Step 0).
Special attention is paid to the development of an artistically mature technique and to live performances since our primary aim is to create artists that can be complete music professionals at the same time.
The Professional Programme offers, amongst many others, courses of Instrument Technique, Stage Presence, Music Business, HD Recording, Live Session.
Every Step includes several stylistic workshops, compulsory to achieve a specialization in the following styles: Blues, Soul, Funk, Jazz Rock, Hard Rock, Progressive, Metal, Pop.
The weekly required attendance ranges from 8/10 hours for the Step 1 to 14/16 hours for the Final Step, plus the stylistic workshops and the Ear Training & Vocal Ensemble class, optional and free.
